Pricing and Payment

Any outstanding balance over 30 days will be turned over to a collection agency.

You, or the person requesting the service, are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is in a safe and accessible location for towing. We are not responsible for any damage to the vehicle that may result from pre-existing conditions, vehicle components in disrepair, improper loading or unloading, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., acts of nature). We will not be liable for the loss of personal items left inside the vehicle.
Damage Claims
While we take every precaution to handle vehicles with care, accidents can happen. We carry liability insurance. Any damage claims must be reported to us immediately upon completion of service and must be accompanied by clear evidence of the damage. Our liability will be limited to the scope of our insurance coverage. Storage Vehicles towed at the owner's request or as a result of an impound may be subject to storage fees. Storage rates and terms are available upon request and are in accordance with local regulations. S & P Towing is not responsible for the loss or damage of property stored in a vehicle for any reason.
Abandoned Vehicles
S & P Towing reserves the right to treat a vehicle as abandoned if it is not claimed within the timeframes outlined by local and state regulations. Abandoned vehicles will be handled in accordance with applicable laws, including proper notification and disposal procedures.
